Grace Nucaro, our customer service manager, was the very first employee to join founder John Hall when he brought the family business back to life as Treck Hall Wide Format. From day one, she has embodied the spirit of teamwork, dedication, and customer care that defines who we are today.
With nearly two decades of working alongside John and 13 years at Treck Hall Wide Format, Grace has become the go-to person for clients, building meaningful relationships founded on trust, reliability, and genuine care. Whether processing orders, helping clients navigate logistics, or ensuring every customer interaction feels personal, Grace is at the center of it all.
A Journey of Dedication
Grace’s career reflects her deep commitment to stability and growth. After 19 years in customer service at Epson Canada, she joined the Treck Hall team in 2006. Eventually, in 2012 she took a leap of faith and joined John to help build the new Treck Hall Wide Format business and never looked back. She remembers the challenging early years when long nights and hard work laid the foundation for what Treck Hall is today. Through it all, her unwavering belief in John and the company’s mission made all the difference.
Through challenges and victories alike, Grace has remained a cornerstone of the company. Her industry knowledge, problem-solving skills, and incredible work ethic have made her both a valued teammate and a trusted friend to the many clients who interact with her daily.

Outside of work, Grace channels her creativity into gardening and baking, following in her parents’ footsteps. She loves walks in nature, and has been known to enjoy a friendly game at the local bowling alley. When it comes to unwinding, nothing beats quality time with friends and family, sharing laughter over a glass of wine or a good meal.
She also has a big heart for rescue dogs—her latest companion, Cinnamon, has become a cherished part of her family.
Grace’s dedication extends beyond the office. She wakes up at 4:45 AM every morning to prepare coffee and lunch for her husband, a loving routine she’s maintained for years. Her commitment to her loved ones mirrors the loyalty she brings to her team at Treck Hall.
